I’m probably not the best person to be writing this post. Truth be told, I don’t like to exercise. Like, at all. However, my fellow TechSmithies seem to love it. So we brought you Coach’s Eye.
While Coach’s Eye is meant for any sport, we love to see the videos about proper running form, a particular form of torture exercise that TechSmithies seem to enjoy. Here are a couple great examples of runners using the app:
Recently, I was asked by our Marketing Research Analyst Stephanie Warnhoff to join more than 30 TechSmith employees at the Lansing Color Run, I was happy to play my “family obligation” card (which was totally legit).
What I didn’t realize was that this “Color Run” was five kilometers of frolicking fun through bright colors with hundreds of people. I was naturally pretty bummed that I missed this:

Though I probably won’t hit the pavement on a regular basis, you can be sure that the next time a group of TechSmithies is headed to the Color Run, I’ll be there.
