Do you ever wonder what it’s like inside the walls of TechSmith? How a software and technology company operates and what the people are like? Well I am here to tell you that we are a little weird! My favorite way to describe the culture here is that we work hard and have fun doing it. Who says that productivity has to go along with a rigid, quiet place?! Here at TechSmith, we prove that isn’t the case at all!
Weird in Photos
As I scroll back thru my iPhone photos (all 1162 of them!), I realize that I snap pictures around the office quite often. Whenever I see a weird thing or something that makes me smile, I love to capture it so that I can remember it later. Take for instance…a 3lb dog, a uni-brow, or a strange birthday greeting with a skeleton wearing an Irish hat?! Here is what I already had in the archives….
At TechSmith, don't dare to have a 30th birthday. You will be sorry. Like Irish head-on-a-stick with a skeleton waiting in your chair type of sorry.

Random uni-brow anyone?
Isn't it normal to have Samuel L Jackson appear on a Kanban board? The caption under him may or may not have been too explicit to appear here in the blog. But let's just say that Mr. Jackson was worried about our developers getting tasks done on time!
I’ve decided to set out with this goal…to share random sightings around TechSmith that we probably take for granted, but are actually quite weird in the average office. What do you want to see?
